Not sure exactly what you are linking to, but the BPRD is most certainly in the Indy E & C:
Liz Sherman #002, Hellboy and the B.P.R.D. Action Pack She should have a 2 damage value on her last stat slot.
Johann Kraus #005, Hellboy and the B.P.R.D. Action Pack He should have a 0 damage value on his last stat slot. Johan Kraus does not fly. Ignore the flight stand on this character.
EDIT - Ah, you are looking through the Indy clix 'How to Play' page. For some reason that hasn't been updated lately. Instead try the general 'Rules for all games' page found here.
He is NOT a flyer, because they forgot to put the "grounded" power on his first few clixs then letting him fly at the end when he breaks out of his suit.
*Sigh* I'd rather be given an opinion in how they errata things. If I can remember that he is not a flyer, then I could remember that he is "grounded" for the first 2 clixs. I'd even take a "He is always grounded unless you have this errata printed out with you. In that case, he is only grounded for the first 2 clixs."

*sigh from me, too* Again grounded has nothing to do with flying/not flying (see the 'grounded HSS' thread located just below this one). You are talking about the Earthbound power.

They may have forgotten it... Or maybe they just didn't put any power there as there was no suitable power equivalent in Horrorclix...
Well there is an explanation as to why he might be since he is only a spirit in a containment suit whose original body was destroyed when he was doing an astral projection.
Still it did seem weird, but I just went with that explaination.
