The new Mandarin's White Movement power says he can use Energy Explosion, Incapacitate, and Mind Control.

Can you Outwit the White power, and thus outwit all 3 of those? Or can you only Outwit 1 of them, for example can you only Outwit the Energy Explosion?

By Outwitting the special power, you outwit all of those powers that it would grant him.

Just wanted to point out that this is an all-or-nothing deal: You cannot choose to Outwit a single power granted by the Special powers - you have to Outwit the entire special power in one go.

Mandarin doesn't have Energy Explosion, Incapacitate, or Mind Control (when the white power shows) so you cannot Outwit them. He has the power "Left Hand of the Mandarin" which lets him use Energy Explosion, Incapacitate, and Mind Control. Outwitting the power "Left Hand of the Mandarin" takes away his ability to use all 3.
