Give this character a power action; it moves up to its speed value and makes a close combat attack as a free action. After resolving this action, this character takes 1 pushing damage that ignores Willpower and team abilities.
Exploit Weakness (optional): Give this character a close combat action.Damage from this attack is penetrating damage.
So, in conclusion, no you cannot giva a character 2 non-free actions in one turn.
Wait, Cant you use Charge/EW? Charge and EW are both power actions, as with Flurry/Exploit weakness and Blades/EW. I may be wrong but i am pretty sure you could pounce with EW, which makes me wonder why i ignored that combo.
Deadpool: This is Deadpool.
Phone: The mercenary?
Deadpool: I prefer "Well-Compensated Establishment Provocateur."
Phone: Ah, yes. Have you ever heard of the One World Church?
Deadpool: Nope
Phone: It's in France.
Deadpool: I'll pass.

EW: give the character a close combat action
Blades: activates when U give a character a close combat action..
Charge: power action that gives U a free close combat action= can use EW
Pounce and Blades and/or EW doesn't work since it only give U a close combat attack, not action
Lead me not into temptation, just point me in the general direction and I'll find it myself.
Flurry is also a close combat action, so BCF will activate for the duration of the action. You're giving a close combat action, which is all BCF requires.
Charge is indeed a power action that grants a close combat action. EW is the close combat action that can activate BCF. There are only a few characters with that combination and it's usually tough to get to in the dial though.
Just a little further clarification
