i was just looking at box and thought "what if i thunderbolt him to batman place him in hindering with mass absorbstion what happens to him does it stay the same as if he were non giant, or does it not count becuase he is giant and therefore can be seen over the top of the hindering? i'm confused also how logical can it be to have a stealth giant?

Stealth is stealth it doesn't matter how big or how small you are. If you have you have it.

Just as blocking terrian block line of sight between a gaint and anyone else on the same elevatin.

Grounded blocking terrain wouldn't block a LOF drawn between two elevated characters, for example.

In Box's case just presume (with that combination) that he's not only absorbing the mass of the terrain he's mimicking its color and visual texture so that he appears to be a hill or ridge. (That is to say, yes, he can be both a giant and in stealth.)

(Edit: Major slowness and time-outs saw this go up several minutes later than I'd written it!)

And in short stealh becames blocking terrain.Hope this helps?

"Hindering terrain, blocking terrain, and elevated terrain affect line of fire TO a giant character AS NORMAL."

So even without stealth, Box would get the hindering bonus if he left his special power on and was a giant.

Also, because I usually mess up on this rule, and have seen it misused before as well, I tossed this one in.

"An elevated giant character is not adjacent to a grounded standard character"

• Giant Man (Thunderbolts)
• Hulk 2099 (Mercenary to Batman & Robin or NGN Superman)
• Stature (Thunderbolts)
• Toyman (wildcard)
• Validus (wildcard)
• Yellojacket (Thunderbolts)

As you can see, there's quite a few. Nearly half are wildcards! Some of them may never come up (when are you likely to see Dragon-Man and Batman & Robin together on a force?) but there are enough possibilities that you need to be familiar with the rule.
