If one Cuckoo uses a move action and Coordination to carry two of her sisters across the battlefield, Hive Mind allows her to modify her speed value by +2 and carry them that much further—after which both of her sisters can use their own actions to use Coordination’s Mind Control or make a straight ranged attack with a +1 modifier from each of the other two sisters provided by Hive Mind that can be used to tweak their attack value, range value, or damage value. Each sister provides +1 to the actions of the other sister when she takes an action.
However, when one is carried, they CANNOT take an action. The Cuckoo coordination SP does NOT mention the carried sisters can take actions.

Seth probably got carried away and forgot himself when he wrote that. Unless an errata is posted, the Cuckoo's CANNOT act after being carried.
And no, Box CANNOT "nanobot" an object carried by another character. Objects carried are considered to be "out of the game" and are not adjacent to other characters.

Correct, they cannot act after being carried. NAAT is still in effect.
Please remember that previews are written a bit more colloquially than rules text. I just meant that at some point after they are carried by one Cuckoo, the other Cuckoos can take those actions, modified because the group is still together.
Is Cuckoo eligible for Mental Shields? The text says she can use Mind Control, but is that the same as having Mind Control? How about if somebody tries to outwit the SP?

Special Powers do not count for meeting the prerequisites for feats.
As Cuckoo has neither Mind Control not Willpower, she cannot be assigned Mental Shields.
I was really excited about Cuckoo before Seth clarified the movement question. Thought we were getting a TK alternative! Oh well, it should still be fun.
I've got some questions that relate to both as well, namely, what do they mean by "once per round" or "until the end of the round"? Is that the same as "until the beginning of your next turn" or is that like "until time expires or one person has no characters left on their force"?
And also, do you still get the +1 if Cuckoo's die or are no longer adjacent?

Acceptable in such forms as Green, Grey, Demo, Hob, Ultimate, and "Menace."

Until the end of the round means until the beginning of the first player's turn.

It lasts until the end of the round, as long as the one with the bonus keeps the special power.
