Can Exploit Weakness and pounce work togather?

No. Pounce is a power action that grants a free close combat attack. Exploit Weakness is a close combat action.

Since you may not give a character more than one non-free action per turn, these two will not work together.

No. EW requires a CC Action to activate, but Pounce only grants a CC Attack.
