Man, with that many restrictions, are you sure you even want to play?
Just kidding.
O.K, since there is no taxiing, I'd definately want some Telekenisis to help position your fig's better. Are they including V Jean Grey as a medic? If not, she'd definately be in. I see there wasn't a "no-dupes" restriction - b/c Mandroids have range, I'd probubly take two Rookie Jean Greys as well. Now they would need some figs to "toss" into the fray - I wouldn't be able to resist U Spiral in this situation.
Vet Logan or LE/Vet Wolverine (for X-men Team ability) as well.
Blades can be great, but they aren't a sure fire way to pound through Impervious/Invulnerability. You'll need a brick - Personally, I think V Abomination is nice. Solid damage, attack and defense.
I'd round it out from there with a Perplex or two, some cheap Probobility (probubly Destiny b/c of the range restriction) and a medic. Oh, that's right - no medics. Well, that's V Jean Grey's job. I also just noticed that there aren't very many Perplexers w/ 0 Range - s'O.K., we'll take out Logan/Wolvie and throw in V Beast...
Let's see...
V Jean Grey 50
R Jean Grey 31 x 2 = 62
U Spiral 56
V Beast 80
V Abomination 100
E Destiny 23
R Silver Samarai 28
399 points
If you set your TK up right, you can start flinging guys into the fray almost immediately. I'd want to get Abomination holding a heavy object off of the bat. Have Samarai use Phasing to advance, yet stay out of trouble. Or hold him back for a Blades slingshot. Advance Destiny for free. If your opponent wants to waste an attack on her, more power to 'em. With no Outwit, her Super Senses can keep her around. Spiral can advance as well using brotherhood, but try to keep her out of harm's way/ LOF. TK one R Jean to Spiral w/ the last move.
On your next turn, depending on the situation, you can fire Spiral out and have her push to use Blades. Make sure Destiny is in line of fire. Push V Jean to TK out the other R Jean out to the Abomination. Next round, Perplex up Abomination's (or as I'm starting to call him, A-bomb) damage or attack, depending on the situation, and fling him into the fray.
There's probubly a better way to get your TK set up, this is just off of the top of my head. Good luck, though!
(E) Destiny………….....23 X 2 = 46
(V) Hawkman………...48 X 2 = 96
(R) Jean Grey………...31 X 2 = 61
(R) Invisible Girl……….....……...37
(V) Doc Samson…………….......102
(U) Spiral…………………..........…..56
Total 398
This is how it works you use Destiny for probability control, Hawkman for charge and close combat, Jean Grey fot telekinesis to shoot Hawkman and then use his charge. Invisible Girl will stay with the two Destinies’ to protect them with her Defend power just incase any one wants to take out your Destiny’s. You can use Doc Samson for his charge, perplex, and super strength. Spiral for her Flurry you have one of the jean Grey’s shoot her out.
