Right, that's not from the Outdoor Adventure Pack. Thanks, though, maybe I'll pick up the Indoor Pack so that I can take advantage of this mighty object.
You can turn off stealth during your turn, and it turns back on during your opponents turn, so you can perplex your stealthed characters to your heart's content. You won't be able to perplex an opposing stealthed character in hindering, however.
Just to tack on to de4dp00l's comment, since I saw this come up last night...
You can indeed "turn off" Stealth in order to allow Perplex to take effect. However, it must remain turned off until the action is complete.
This came up because one player wisely opted *not* to turn off Stealth during an attack, because it would have left him visible to his opponent's Probability Control.
