Sounds like fun! From what you have so far, I see lots of Perplex, which will help Hulk and Mandarin a lot. My criticisms would be as follows...
I'd try to get some Telekenisis in there with Hulk, possible Vet Jean Grey. It's tough to get Super Strength figures loaded up with an object and into attack position without it. Jean Grey is the Default TK piece b/c of her Support. I think what you are going for is Mandarin MC's opponent into moving next to Hulk, then Hulk smashes. That's cool, but what if Mandy's MC is Outwitted? Another option might be nice.
Taskmaster is great, but the only team ability you have here is X-Men. He'd be better if there was an Avenger/Brotherhood on the team. Sure, you will have 6 actions already, but extra mobility never hurts. I'd try to squeeze in a Hydra team member as well, so that he could boost Mandarin's/Gambit's ranged attack values by one. Shield would be nice, too. I'd definately want a 2nd medic on a 600 point team.

Yeah - I noticed that there wasn't any Outwit besides Mandarin, and he can be tricky for using his 12 range with 10 Outwit range. Extra Outwit never hurts!
Also - it seems that you aren't adverse to the Con Artists - Take out Doc Ock and add an 11 point rookie! Free moves will be essential to using your actions to push Con Artists - Perhaps a Avalanche would help w/ his Pulse Wave to activate the Con Artists, and Barrier to help protect the rest of the team, at the same time bringing Brotherhood team ability to your Doombots.

I don't see why you'd need V Jean Grey, as you will have few ways of making her go back to her healing click. And who cares, anyway, when you can get cheap medics ? I'd go for the R version, thus sparing 19 points !!
Why go for expensive Vultures when the 15 points version is the best one ever ? 15 + 33 (E Shadowcat, to get Mandie or Hulkie through any obstacle...) makes 48, instead of 44 with E and V Vultures. Much better IMO. Or you could go for a Doombot (R or E, depending on points available), or E Wasp...
I don't like Gambit, but maybe it's just me. But you do want the Perplex, don't you ?! Would you not rather get Beast (E) inside the team ? Or Mystique, who is less powerful apparently but will get into some "discreet" place for a free move (and give one to your doombot if any...) ?
If you don't need that much Perplex, you can add in good ole Iceman (E or V) for the three combined benefits of Barrier, Flight and RCE.
These are my advices. Now, should you choose to follow some or all of them, it would be up to you to make choices and count points. After all, it's your team !!
But it already rocks, and will rock even more with a few more characters, some free moves, and if you can a leader (U Wasp ?).

I tried to stay with your theme, but I redesigned the team to be a little more versitle. this team has 4 perplexer's and three characters that can use it well with their attacks. (If you wanna haven some real fun use all the perplexs on the manderan and have him hit for 7 clicks of damage at his 12 square range. It'll almost seem unfair)
Keep Magneto the manderan and the hulk in a group of three. (Manderan taxies magneto, mangeto uses tk to throw the hulk.) Eventually you'll throw the hulk into battle and those to unit can take turns blasting from range.
Keep the beast and the green goblin together, but make sure they are close enough to perplex up you other troops. That way your troops can swing for max damage.
