Hey All, got 2 questions here

-since it takes a LOF to use outwit, you can't outwit someone's stealth when it's being used right? (ie - outwit someone in stealth so you can use a ranged attack against them)

-the ultimates team ability says -
"Ultimates: Members of this team ignore the effects of hindering terrain on movement, combat, and powers and team abilities."
So by that, do they simply ignore someone's stealth because there is no hindering terrain there to them? (ie, an Ultimates can simply shoot someone in stealth with no penalty)
