There was a Robocop III you know (so don't be racist)
Actually, NO! If you're gonna come in making crazy claims like this you need to be able to produce teh ruling. Otherwise, you're begging for flames.
Oookaaay...yeah.
Not sure what prompted that response.
I was asking a question and used an instance where it was ruled that way during a Battle for Galactus event. I even implied in my post that I could've been incorrect.
I usually can produce a ruling, but my apologies for having to go into work and then choosing to shovel the snow in the parking lot of my apartment. In the future I'll try not to be off the Realms for more than 6 hours at a time.

Well, that is somewhat of a tangent. There really aren't any 'at the beginning of your turn' powers involved in the OP's question. We're really not wondering why Outwit then Poison works, just wether you can choose to continue to Outwit Stealth that has been Outwit'ted on a prior turn, but is now in hindering. Outwit could be used at 'the beginning of your turn' but doesn't have to. Just like Perplex could be used before you determine poison, but isn't necessarily 'at the beginning of your turn' as you could also use Perplex/Outwit after using poison, but prior to taking any other actions.

But do you need to OW Stealth? Or could you say...OW that figure's CR or Super Senses?

OUTWIT (OPTIONAL): Once during your turn (but not during another action), as a free action this character counters a power possessed by a single target opposing character. Treat the target as if it does not possess the countered power. That power remains countered until the beginning of your next turn. A character using this power must be within 10 squares of the target and have a clear line of fire to the target. Instead of a power, you may choose to counter an opposing flying character’s ability to soar; in this case, lower the soaring character to hovering mode. If this character loses Outwit or is KOd, the countered power returns immediately.
Since the OP is trying to use OW at the beginning of his turn to counter a power before his prior use of OW ends, it certainly seems like the 'at the beginning of your turn' timing is very relevant, and the quotes from Jakgotbak clearly indicate why it can't be done.
How exactly is that a tangent then?

At least he didn't suggest using Trickshot to OW through Stealth...

Thank-You. This is partly where the question comes from.
