I would say either Moondragon or Mojo
Moondragon range 10 granted only two clicks of mindcontrol but two clicks of tk and 5 clicks of Super senses two clicks of psychic blast and two clicks of regen plus flyer and then there Mojo 5 clicks of mind c and 2 incapacitate 2 poison 3 steal energy and 2 toughness 2 leadership 3 perplex and a flyer

plus if someone tries to mind controll him, they take a point of damage (up until XP, he was the only MC'er 100 points or over)

Truth is, I always think of Experienced White Queen as the most effective mind controller, however my Favorite is Brainiac 13 Veteran. He's alot of points, but if you plan around him he's really quite versatile. Not only dose he do MindControl from 8 spuares away, but he also has long range expert, giving him the chance to do up to 4 clicks of damage!

In DC, you gotta go with V Brainiac, who backs up MC with RCE.

With Xplosion out, the best MCer is now V Mandarin, with a high AV and a 12 range, not to mention Outwit. If you're feeling nasty, you could vote for U Electra's dual MC attack, but I haven't used her yet myself and am not very keen on wishing damage on my figures in order to use abilities.

#### TedKord stole my whole point. People underrate V Puppet Master, but for the points you can't go wrong, especially with his team affiliation. He's the most cost efficient mind controller when teamed with Doombots. Hell, for 70 or so points you've got a lethal combination, especially with a Hydra backup. Shoot, you can pretty much reverse taxi anybody with that kind of AV. Unless you roll snake eyes this strategy will definitely make your opponent beleagured. I lost a Nightcrawler the other day, because I overlooked the four range that Mindcontrol carries. Left me looking like this: with that green, quesy feeling. What a great game, strategy, luck and lots of sweet models.

I like the Leaders combination of MC, Willpower and Perplex on the same click but his range is just so blah.

Controller is probably my favorite MCer for a few reasons:

1. He's very underrated. Many people never even gave mine a second glance until he actually gets into the fray and surprises them.

2. He has a mini version of "hulk up syndrome". Meaning, when he's fresh, he can MC a 100 point figure... and get stronger!

3. Not sure on this one, but he may be the only MCer with regeneration.

i like the leader. I know he has cruddy attack but he can still perplex himself or other people. So if his mc gets outwitted then he can just use his will power to get out of range or perplex himself to attack someone. then he can delay them even further with incapacitate.so if he does mc then it's outwitted on the next turn he could use incapacitate and make the opponent push then have to rest

Darkseid is the best hands down. Outwit, PB, and MC all together is too good to pass up. PLus Impervious to stand his ground. 5 clicks of outwit! He is a true beast.
