Can you use Cont. Plan on two separate figures on the same team and assign tokens to both based on the same action?

For example...

500 pt build / 5 actions / all Brotherhood team

1st action - I move 5 characters... BoM TA... I put a token on each card.

2nd action - 2 BoM's attack and I move 2... I put a token on each card.

Yes. For each instance of Contingency Plan you have assigned, you place a token on it at the end of your turn if you have any actions you haven't used for that turn.

With the above example, if you use four or less actions in a turn, each character with Contingency Plan would get a token on its card if there are two or fewer tokens on each card already.

That is what I thought.
