When you score a knock back on an enemy from elevated terrain, and the knockback carries them off the elavated terrain, they take two clicks of damage additional...
Does this apply when you do the same thing against a flyer?
As in, they were hovering on the rooftop and get knocked off?
Hovering figures knocked back off of elevated terrain do NOT take the additional 2 clicks for the fall. They end up on the ground right under where they were knocked back from, with no damage.
Is all the damage calculated at the same time? In other words If I hit him for 2 and he falls of for 2 does he take 2, then 2 more, or 4 at the same time? Does Invulnearability apply to the fall? Impervious? Supersenses?
Also if a figure is at the edge of a building, and gets knocked back for 5 damage, does he end up 5 spaces back on the ground, or only at the space where he would fall off to?
Also, if you are punched off a building, but the space you would fall in is occupied by a figure what happens?

Actually, a flying fig knocked back off of a building would move back a full number of spaces equal to the damage dealt, regardless of elevation change down.

You would take 4 at the same time. Invulnerable and Tougness apply to knockback damage, Impervious and Super Senses only apply to the original attack.

A non flying figure would end up on the first space on the ground.

You "make a grab for the edge" and take one damage as if you had hit a wall instead.

Am I correct in assuming that this happens with flyers as well? I thought it said somewhere that they only take knockback damage if they were knocked into a wall but this only says take one damage "as if you had hit a wall". I figured it could go either way.

Can anyone else confirm this, b/c I am pretty sure that when you get knocked back into someone you take no damage. So it is different when you fall off a building into someone (b/c you do take 1 damage)?

It's the 7th bullet under knockback (page 15 I think) in the latest FAQ.

Why would someone take 2 damage for getting knocked off an elevated space?? Isn't it just one??

I justed posted this reply in a critical hit thread a minute ago, and it certainly applies here:
All damage is applied in a lump sum, which is then checked against defensive powers. The only exception is knockback damage, which is applied last. There was a very interesting thread here yesterday dealing with that topic. Essentially, you do your damage - in this case we'll say 7 for BCF+critical hit. If the poor figure has no Defensive powers, he will now be knocked back 7 squares, suffering an additional click if he hits a wall or 2 clicks if he falls off a roof. If the character has say Invul, 7-2=5 clicks, he then takes 5 squares of knockback. If he then hits the wall or falls off, at this point his Invul has already been "used up" for this action by reducing the base attack damage, so they will still suffer full falling/wall damage.
I've seen a lot of folks get real uptight about the whole "separate damage" issue, but in reality it works better for you this way because by applying the damage reduction first you reduce the knockback disatnce thus decreasing the chances of suffering additional falling damage. Besides, in the above example you still would have taken a net damage of 7 either way: 7 damage + 2 knockback - 2 Invul = 7.
