Ranged Combat Expert
Close Combat Expert
Energy Shield/Deflection
Combat Reflexes
Super Strength
Enhancement
HSS option 2 (as mentioned above)
Perplex
Police TA
Hydra TA
SHIELD TA
Ultimate X-Men TA
Lobo's Bounty Hunter SP
Dawnstar's Quarry SP
Any SP that MODIFIES a combat value
