I understand how to use most of the time bomb event dial
But I do not understand the one part.
"Can't smash... Which wire to cut?"
" A character adjacent to this time bomb can be give a power action to make a close combat attack roll. If the attack roll result is 14, This Time Bomb is defused and removed from the game. If the result is 11-13 or 15-17 turn back this Time Bomb once."

How do you get the rolls for this part only using 2d6? or am I totally missing something. Could someone explain this part to me or help me understand how you get the numbers rolled?

Add the result to that characters Attack Value

It's all there. It is an attack roll. If you have an attack value of 9 and roll a 6, then the result is 15.

I love the TimeBomb dial.
It makes you wonder tho. A rookie Con-Artist has a good chance of diffusing the bomb. 7 + average role of a 7 gets the job done.

Does this mean even though he could just think it out of existence hes not allowed. Not only this but there is no way for him to outwit the ability that stops him just blowing it to Kingdom Come!
