Quick question that came up. When you quake is Shape Change/Skrull/Super Senses rolled? Thanks!
Yes. Of course, the rolls are made at different times.
Shape Change/Skrull is rolled before the attack roll, and a successful roll means the character cannot be targeted with Quake. Any other valid targets are still hit, if no valid targets remain then the Quake character may take another action instead.
Super senses is of course rolled after the attack roll, and a successful roll means the character evades the effects of Quake.

If NGN hulk does his white power, coming in attacking a bunch of skrulls, what happens if one rolls it off and the others do? does that one avoid the damage?

How does this jive with the fact that a precondition for Shape Change is "when this character is chosen as the target of an attack"? Quake is a non-targeting maneuver and indiscriminate in who it hits... I just don't see it. Is yoru answer based on an official ruling?

But no one is the target of an attack with quake, you just roll and compare the roll to the defense value of all adjacent figures. Shape change and Skrull say "roll a die when the figure is targetted by an attack." Just seems to me like quake doesn't target anyone it just says compare.
Yea what the guy above me said quake doesn't target anybody so I don't see how shape change and skrull is rolled when it says they have to be the target.
When using Quake against multiple opposing characters and one or more of the characters becomes an illegal target (due to Shape Change, Skrull, etc), the attack is still made against all legal targets. If there are no legal
targets then the attack cannot be made.
... seems silly, but there it is.

well thats wierd if they use shape change and turn into a mailbox we'll say how is a eathquake gonna go around the mailbox?
The same way it goes around other adjacent friendly figures. If Shape Change can be thought of as "fooling the attacker into thinking you are a friendly figure", it's that simple.

Quake is not non-targeting. It targets all adjacent enemies, not adjacent friends. A successful Shape Change roll prevents the enemy figure from being targeted.
A similar question came up regarding targeting and critical hits with pulse wave...here is the explanation as to why the roll is considered a target.(just substitue quake in for Pulsewave)
An understanding of the law of large numbers leads to a realization that what appear to be fantastic improbabilities are not remarkable at all but, merely to be expected.
But pulse wave ignores both friendly figures and all TA's so they realy arent interchangable in this situation. (by ignore I mean it doesnt distiguish between friendly and hostile figures)

They are interchangeable for purposes of targeting...I was answering the latter question:

Well, I AM pretty awesome.
