When you begin a game are feets already assigned to a character or are the assigned at the start of the game.

Example:
You start game one with Puck and Armor Piercing, but round 2 you want to assign it to Northstar.

Reason I ask is that, well I want to know. I also can't remember reading the exact discrition about how/when feets are assigned.

Feats are assigned at the beginning of a game and cannot be changed during the course of the game. I would say you can't change between rounds unless it's a sealed event, plus your characters must meet the prerequisite!

Actually Feats are assigned during team building. The gist of your post is correct, except that you still can not cahnge the assignments of feats during sealed events. Once a feat is assigned, it can not be changed for the entire tournament.

That is what I though. Could not remember if the were assigned during the Team Build phase or the Before Game phase.

I've always been told that you can change your entire team during a sealed event, why wouldn't you be able to change feats? As long as it is what you pulled? Am I being told wrong here? If so, I want to make people aware of this...

You cannot change your team during a sealed event. You build your team before the games start, and the team you build then is the team you have to play throughout the tournament, feats included.
At least, that's the official way to run things. House rules may of course change this, but house rules aren't always allowed.
