Can you TK someone onto the top of one of the air vent/conditioner things on the rooftops of the outdoors maps?
If you are on one of these things, do you count as being in hindering terrain as well?
As I understand it, the thick black line around the square or squares makes them elevated terrain and the picture on them makes it hindering terrain as well.
I am using Veteran Magneto in a game on Thursday and would like to know if I can TK my opponents Collossus onto one of these air vent things and leave him stuck there for the entire game. He can't be taxied as the taxi doesn't start adjacent and he doesn't have Leap/Climb.
Would I be correct in thinking the only way to get him down would be to use TK on him again or if he suffers knockback?
Actually, it's worse than that....(here we go again)

· Outdoor/Elevated Blocking Terrain
o O/EBT is defined as a square or set of squares surrounded by Blocking terrain wall (thick black line) with no apparent stair or ladder access.
o You cannot occupy, or even access, an O/EBT square unless you are a Hovering figure, or possess the Leap/Climb super power.
o While on a O/EBT square, the figure is only allowed to make Ranged Combat Actions. A figure with Leap/Climb cannot engage in close combat unless the opponent is on an adjacent O/EBT square (as they are considered to be at the same elevation).
o A Leap/Climb or Hovering figure that ends its move on top of Outdoor/Elevated Blocking terrain is not considered to be adjacent to any other figure that is not also on top of Outdoor/Elevated Blocking terrain and vice versa.
o If Leap/Climb super power is lost while occupying an O/EBT square, that figure is considered stuck and cannot move off the O/EBT square without help.
o O/EBT squares are not considered additionally elevated, so figure bases will block Line of Fire, as normal.
o An O/EBT square is not considered hindering terrain (although it might have a picture). The picture represents the blocking terrain (I.E. A/C unit, water tower, etc.). Figures with Stealth who occupy the O/EBT square can be seen and be fired upon. Object tokens cannot be placed on Outdoor/Elevated Blocking Terrain
not even a Phasing figure can make it into these squares.
It's in there already... although differently worded (in a way that I had a tough time figuring it out):

Blocking Terrain
• The various air conditioners, vents, etc., are considered blocking terrain. These objects are defined as squares on rooftops surrounded by thick black lines.
•Only flying characters and characters with the Leap/Climb Power can enter these spaces.
• A Leap/Climb or hovering figure that ends its move on top of outdoor blocking terrain may attack another figure using a ranged combat attack as long as the only blocking terrain the line of fire crosses is part of the square the attacker occupies. A Leap/Climb or hovering figure that ends its move on top of outdoor blocking terrain can be attacked by another figure using a ranged combat attack as long as the only blocking terrain the line of fire crosses is part of the square the target occupies.
• A Leap/Climb or hovering character that ends its move on top of outdoor blocking terrain is not considered to be adjacent to any other figure that is not also on top of outdoor blocking terrain.

Isn't that from the Whizkids FAQ? I was trying to say a separate HCRealms FAQ that answers the most frequent questions asked in this forum. Something you and the judges could word any way you want with rule clarifications. I know it wouldn't be anything official but I think this question has been asked 3 times today.
But I know that a FAQ like that probably wouldn't help too much and more time should just be spent on making the Whizkids FAQ more clear.
