The target can be sitting in hindering terrain with Stealth and be directly behind a figure who is also in hindering terrain with Stealth, and Ahab can still hit the target.

He's crazily effective for his points.

Yeah, the only thing keeping him from being broken is his low damage and middling attack values. One 10 and one 3, and there would have been problems.

He causes problems already.

One of the best games I've had in a while was a 300 pointer with my Exiles vs. a Robot keyword. It came down to his Ahab, two clicks in vs. my Longshot on his 2nd to last click, but he couldn't hit me based, and he missed his breakaways so I pulled out the win. It was sweet, sweet candy.
