300 sealed ( i open 2 booster of mutations and monster and then i create the team of 300 point to add to 300 constructed)
When doing something like this I always like to think about what I'm likely to get in my booster. Not exact characters but the types of powers that are readily available in the set. Then work around filling what you are never going to see.
For instance if you like playing Hypersonic characters them M&M is not the set for you. so take one in the constructed 300 points of your force. There is only 1 in the whole of the M&M set.
I like what you have done with the Dr Midnite for support and Green Lantern and SR for TK and PC. But running shot has to be one of the easiest skills to come by in the set (13 different pieces). I'm not saying wolverine is a bad choice and is very fun to play but from a powers and stats point of view he is a bit fragile. He is always going to be trying to cut the opponent through their armor but lacks armor himself. 4 clix of toughness protecting 148 points seems a but low.
One of the skills you will most likely be missing is front loaded perplex. I can only think of 3 pieces and 2 of them are 100 points +.
Not knowing your style of play or pool of figures that you have access to it's hard to try to suggest other figure options. In something this big and not being able to guarantee getting a Danger in your booster she really cuts down the fear factor of the big super strength chargers and gives you the same psychic blast damage at a better AV with the TK it is as mobile.
Just somethings for you to think about.

I also agree with diablos. There are not to many cheap flyers in the set so SR Scarlet Witch is good. C Batman would also be a good choice as R Shazam or some other hypersonic figure.
that format sounds like it would be a lot of fun. though team wise, i agree with what the others have said. A suggestion of some pieces is:
(Sinister) Nick Fury U-63
(Avengers) wiccan-54
(Avengers) Scarlet Witch-35
(Origins) MisterMind-68
(M & M) Danger-124
(supernova) Jack of hearts-105
Any of these guys will mix well with M&M. In this case I might reccommend Danger, Nick Fury and Mistermind with mental shields, this leaves you with 30 points for other feats. and if you pull another danger, play her and you will be in good shape.
Knowing that M&M is the sealed portion, I have a couple of recommendations:
1) build a 300-point "mutant" theme...because you are likely to be able to make 300-points of Mutant from the sealed...it may not buy you much, but there are so many strong midpriced mutants that would be great support for the 100-pointish pieces you will pull in M&M.
2) build a 300-point team to captalize on the weeknesses of M&M: Most pieces are subject to outwit. Most of the strong pieces in the set rely on ranged attacks/LoF.

With no BCFs in play, you should feel safe to Wildcard. Batman gives you Stealth and X-men will keep LL strong.
If you would rather, as has been said before, Wiccan is a great option as he can give you Enhancement (which will help out LL) as well as Support.
However, with such a large point build, you will usually have a large number of pieces on the board and Support might be tough to get off.

ok, i am a new player and i have only the last 3 expansion ( avengers, jla, mutations , its are complete) and something piece of other expansion:
shazam rokie, quick ( exp armor wars, nick fury, gravition, and anothers piece that i dont remember...
when i create the team i put all support piece ( probability control, tk, heal) i dont consider putwit, because in the expansion there are a lot of piece with the ability...
then i consider , that can not play feats, and a hypersonic piece without 4-5 of damage , is not good piece (shazam idgood piece , but have only a click of hypersonic and then i dont want play always it...
my choose wolverine, because it is a good team , and good power ( running + psychic blast to make a range attack and exploit weakness to make close attak) in thisway if i cant find a piece with outwit, it is not a problem for peice with invulnebality , and impervius.....
then i cant play a double piece, then i dont create a mutatn team because the good piece with a key : mutant are in the M&M and if i play this piece , i risk to find in the booster the same piece and i cant play them....
i try to play a piece that permitt me to have chance even if my piece lost one click and i consider that i can open a bad booster...
i cant play batman beause i prefer in this team have a tk , and probability control ,instead outwit,it is a good piece , but i dont use it at most possibility, because there are little piece with team jolly in the booster, and little piece with a team jolly , high damage and low cost; then i consider that i dont win the choice of the map i dont sure to use the piece very well......

a good idea is to play 300 points of mystic but i dont sure exist a good piece with 4-5 damage, team jolly and little point..
for all this reason i want paly wolverine, but i think that talk with them i can find a good team to play, i attend advise from them
