I have a question concerning the outdoor map#2 from adventure kit.There is one diesal truck on it that has solid black lines that look like the lines on outdoor blocking terrain.I was wondering if it is considered elevated blocking terrain,blocking terrain,or just hindering terrain.I would like for a judge to reply,please.

Chapeau has ruled that all the trucks are hindering terrain.
