Quick question for the experts out there! Our group played the DC scenario "World Gone Mad" tonight and one member took up the Mystic Team Ability. The question posed is this: if a team has the Mystic ability does the damage from Energy Explosion splash cause the attacker to take a click of damage from every figure affected or just from the target of the attack? Any help would be very muchly appreciated!

If actualy damage was applied to any Mystics member.... then the figure dealing that damage will take some retalitory hits...


So it you Energy Explosion a gourp of 8 Mystic team members sucessfully...... You're going to be taking 8 clicks of damage back.

What happens if you mastermind damage to a mystic ? the char that damaged you get's the 1 damage ? or does that masterminder get the 1 damage seeing how he's "giving" the mystic the damage ?

How about damage done by a mindcontrolled char ? does the minccontroller or the mindctrolled take the 1 damage from damaging the mystic with an attack ?

Mastermind is not considered an attack.
Since the Mystic team ability will only activate on an attack that causes damage... Mastermind will never activate the Mystifcs team ability. So, Mystics would not transfer damage that way.

In this case, yeah... the Mind Controlled figure would make a successful attack on the Mystic team member and causes damage... which would activate the Mystics team ability...causing one point of damage to the Mind Controlled figure.
