I know that duo figures cannot be carried...what about TK and Grounded Transporters?

Are you asking if Duo characters can be TKed and if they can be carried by non-flying transporters?

There is nothing preventing a duo from being TKed simply for being a duo.

Being carried by a non-flying transporter is still being carried, however, and cannot be done.
