if u are using flurry, can u attack two different adjacent figures w/ it, b/c on the power card, it says u can, but my friends say that u cant

Yes, Flurry can be used on the same figure or two different adjacent opposing figures.

The PAC is correct, and so are you. You can make two attacks. They can be against a single adjacent foe or you can split them up between two adjacent foes.
