Can't be outwitted, doesn't take pushing damage.

Of course, you can play the Disbanded BFC and nullify
their Power Cosmic.

Can't be countered can apply to things other than outwit. Any power or feat that uses the words counter or countered, instead doesn't/can't counter the power. Ambush and Dissent are examples other realms members are fond of pointing out.
