okay, hypothetical situation: I have a figure with, say, a movement of 10 with Running Shot and Perplex. If I use Perplex to enhance its movement capabilities, but first declare Running Shot, do I modify his original movement, up to 11, or his RS movement ability, for 6? I guess the real question here is, do you round up or down when dealing with RS and odd movement values? I've always rounded down, so using Perplex on the original movement value would still result in a RS movement of 5. so is it up or down?
