I have been trying to decide whether or not this is legal. We ruled it in favor of both being used in the same action.
"Vengeance"- Give The Spectre a power action to make a close combat or ranged combat attack, replacing his damage value with the damage value of his target until the action is resolved; damage from the attack is penetrating damage.
"Flurry"- Give this character a close combat action. It makes two seperate close combat attacks as free actions (making two seperate attack rolls) against one or two adjacent targets. Resolve the first attack before making the second. If this character loses Flurry prior to making the second attack, it can't make the second attack.
My question is- Can Spectre's SP Vengeance be used while also using Flurry and be able to be penetrating damage??
no, they dotn work together as Vengeance is a power action that grants a close/ranged combat attack, and Flurry is a close combat action granting two close combat attacks.
