Choose a character. When this character is given a move action modify its speed value by +2 until the action is resolved. A character assigned this feat cannot carry other characters and automatically breaks away from other soaring characters.

Okay what can you use this with? Can a flier use it with charge, Hypersonic spped, runningshot, or is it only when you move?

Only when you grant the user a move action. Charge HSS and RS don't give a move action, they allow you to move.

Honestly, best use i gever got out of it was slapping it on a Sentinel. That +2 helped when returning to drop off captives

Well I for one don't think it funny. Also if I was a mutant a fling sentinel would scare the hell out of me!And the point he was making is this is how useless the card is. That he has only got it to work in this imstand. Which I would agree shows how lame it is.
