This thread is here to gauge interest in playing in a Starship Troopers themed mafia game. It will be based on a mix materials (primarily the book and table top game) and feature the original power suited bad-###es, the Mobile Infantry and the first alien insect race going, the Arachnids. So nasty they shoot meteors across galaxies with pin point precision.

While this will be my first time moderating a game, I do have an experienced moderator who has agreed to help out (I'll give you kudos if this pans out, as I do appreciate it)

Do you have what it takes? The more people the better, as there is virtually no limit to the number of roles that can be generated.

No, that would be enough to get the gist of what's going on. Really, the movie only really fails in a few areas;

1. Mixed gender infantry (thanks political correctness *rolls eyes*)
2. No power armor.

On the bright side, there was the CGI-series that spun off which was a mix but actually had the power armour and other "true aspects".

Anyway, I'm very interested in this.

I signed up for a bunch already, but what's one more gonna hurt? I know this subject pretty well, so i'm in.

So this game won't have any shower scenes?

No mixed gender MI. As per Mr. H's book no sane army mixes the sexes in a combat situation.
