Ok here it is this is the set up can anyone see rip hunter through anyone of the following squares if he is guarded by a giant to outwit his special power

I'd reckon the only one without line of sight to good ol' Rip would be the outwitter down at the bottom. Remember, while giants can attack from two squares away, it doesn't mean they occupy those two squares. Think of it as the giant leaning over Rip to attack instead of the giant standing in the same square as Rip.

I don't see why the giant matters. It could be any single based character.

Line of fire just barely passes through the corner of the Giant's square from the bottom X to Rip Hunter. That is the only line of fire that is blocked from a character with Outwit to Rip Hunter in that scenario.

Nah, it's got nothing to do with him being good, it's the Eye of Agamotto, it reveals all, you see. It can also be used as a portal to Eternity's realm but that would probably be too hard to represent within the rules.
