Been out of the game for about 3 years and am doing major catch up but really like the new direction.
Funny how whenever you play this game something crazy will happen that will lead you on a 45 minute search through the web to find an answer. Couldn't find an Answer to these two.
Can Oots Batman use Oots and CCE
Can Oots Bats use Oots while based up and move to another square
Can Red Arrow use RCE and Fusillade at the same time dealing basically 4 clix to two characters.
Thats all that came up this time but we'll see when we play tomorrow. Thanks again for the help.

OotS needs a tokenable action to activate it. Since CCE requires a power action, that certainly will do the trick. Free actions, like Outwit, will not activate it though. And, to clarify, you could not declare a CCE, do the OotS placement, Outwit then attack. You have to complete the action that activated the OotS
OotS does not move Batman. You place him. So no breakaway is needed - just pick him up and place him back down in a new square. Think of it as Batman was never really in the first square - he had a decoy or something
Absolutely no on the fusillade and RCE. Remember, a power action can activate one power and one power only. Bot those powers require a power action to activate them.
