When i heard there was a new 616 doom coming out, i just HAD to get him. After playtesting him, he seems to be an incredibly nasty piece, but i came across a few questions.
Armored Mastermind:
PAC states mastermind as 'each time this character would be dealt damage, you can instead choose to have it dealt to an adjacent character of lesser point value.' It states invulnerability as 'Damage dealt to this character is reduced by two'. My first question on this, is since invulnerability is non-optional, wouldn't i be forced to use it? Of course that wouldn't be the intended card power but it seems to be a loophole. Second question, is since mastermind says 'Would be dealt damage', and invulnerability 'damage dealt', does this mean i do not reduce damage by 2 before masterminding it?
Kneel Before Doom:
'Doom can use Energy Explosion, but deals damage equal to his damage value'. Does this mean that if i were to double target energy explode, that i would NOT have to split my damage between my targets?
My second question regarding this, is can i use enhancement on dooms damage value, with this version of energy explosion?
My final question, is, since he would probably only go to his 'armor' (toughness) ability after all his mastermind fodder is gone, why didn't the developers take the oppertunity to name the power 'Now you face doom'?

Thanks for the help!
1-2. You either reduce it and take it, or pass it fully
3. So far, no, each target takes Dooms full damage value, and the rest take splash damage.
4. I doesn't say "unmodified" does it? if it doesn't then he can be perplexed even...
