But if you go to the WizKids "Main Heroclix Rules" web page (http://www.wizkidsgames.com/userhome/rules.asp) and read the "Heroclix Players Guide Restriced Format" on pg 14 (of 42) they have an interesting correction for #008b Ms. Marvel (the Skrull Version...or is it??)

They state that both versions of Ms. Marvel posses the Avengers ta, and niether of them posses the Skrull ta! Can this be right? Please say it isn't but I do play with people that will hold up this document printed on cheap paper and declare I can't roll my D6 before they roll thier close combat attack on a stealthing Ms. Marvel!!!!

Confirmed: both versions are supposed to have SHIELD TA as per the Player Guide.

This is an obvious case of copy and paste gone wrong though. Seriously, if anyone tries to tell you that 008b has SHIELD TA instead of Skrull TA they're just trying to be a jerk. Whoever is judging should find no trouble in overruling the errata to the correct interpretation.

Not to be a naysayer...but in the Secret Invasion storyline, didn't the Skrull Ms. Marvel fight with the good guys, even though she was a Skrull? (I'm not sure, this is what I've heard, thus this is why I am asking for confirmation).

She does not have SHIELD, she has Skrull or Avengers

The clarification states that when she possesses one she does not possess the other

Actually its Skrull Captain Marvel who is fighting with the good guys currently. Great story of how he was a Skrull agent implanted with Captain Marvels memories, but now fights against the skrulls even after his identity is revealed to him.

And yes, the Player's Guide state that the Skrull version has the Avenger TA and not the Skrull TA.
All the other have the right text.

i have a question. does she have hss and stealth at the same time? like turn 1 she attacks using hss. turn 1 of opponent does she have stealth also even if she used hss?

Yes she has Hypersonic Speed and Stealth at the same time.
If she is making a Hypersonic attack and you want to use Prob Control, you won't be able to draw your line of fire to her through any hindering terrain.

That's not completely true : she can use Stealth, she doesn't have to. You don't need to cancel her whole SP in order to not use Stealth, so you can perfectly not using it when you try to Prob Control her attack roll and still be using it when your opponent try the same.

I guess I should have clarified that was thinking defender using the prob. If the defender has a prob character in the area, I'm going to be using my stealth.
