If i do his SP move and use quake, how would Maneuver work with this? I tried doing a search but couldn't find anything. I just thought it might be a lot of fun. Any help would be appreciated.
hmmm... I guess the question becomes does quake actually target everyone around him or not. It doesn't say that it targets so I'm going to say it doesn't work with the feat since quake doesn't target however if I'm wrong and quake does target then I'd say the feat would activate and you'd get to pull everyone back in and you'd get to choose where they go which could be pretty sick considering your ability to pull a tightly packed stealth team off their hindering so that the ranged slaughter can begin. I say seek out an answer on if quake targets or not and if it does the feat works.
Maneuver
Cost:8 Points
Sets: Crisis (Prize support)
Prerequisite: (boot speed symbol), Close Combat Expert or Combat Reflexes
Choose a character. When the character makes a close combat attack against a single target opposing character, after the attack is resolved, put the target in any unoccupied square adjacent to the character.
Errata:
• The prerequisites for this power indicate that the assigned character must at some point on their dial have either the boot speed symbol, the power Combat Reflexes, or the power Close Combat Expert. Any one of the 3 would suffice.
Squash :The Rampaging Hulk can use Leap/Climb. Immediately after the resolution of a move action in which the Rampaging Hulk uses Leap/Climb, he can use Quake as a free action.
QUAKE Give this character a close combat action; until the attack has been resolved, this character’s damage value becomes 2 if it is greater than 2. Make a single attack roll and compare the result to the defense values of all opposing adjacent characters. Each character that takes damage from this attack is knocked back.
It'll only work if you Quake against one figure. The bolded text of Maneuver makes that clear.

One problem with the bold... the feat does not say single. All it says is target opposing character not single character so it once again becomes a question of if quake targets.

It was errated. Just to prevent these sort of problems. I keep the stickied thread in the rules forum up to date with all the most recent errated wordings (see my sig) and general feat information.
So I kinda make it my business to know . Trust me the bolded text is the most recent wording of the feat.
Thanks for the info, i should have read the featcard closer, but it would still be nice against single opponents in stealth, i.e. Batman and all his wildcard buddies

My bad for not checking errata before saying anything. Thanx for the correction.
