His trait says that: Move actions given to Johnny Storm and friendly characters with the Fantastic Four keyword that are adjacent to Johnny Storm don't count toward your available actions for the turn, and these characters don't take pushing damage from being given move actions.
So does that mean that Johnny has free move actions and does not take pushing damage ever?
no. it just means that you give ppl with fan 4 free actions when they move and they don't push when they move next to johnny. so if you break away and move next to johnny you're good.
the best power johnny has to me is the full power EE. with reed on the team he can be nasty. he can now EE ppl with toughness and it'll still do damage.
actually i think johnny's power 'pour it on' means he can get perplexed up to 4/5 damage and everyone takes that amount. it says you don't replace his damage value. WOW, i'm so glad i won him.

Oh, and I believe you have to start in adjacency to Johnny to get the benefit of this trait. You give move actions before moving, not after.
As far as the EE, has this been errataed yet? EE does damage based on number of times you are hit, so neither a replacement value nor a modifier help at all.

Actually, that's incorrect. What his trait says is that when he or another friendly character are given move actions, those actions don't count toward the total alotted actions for that turn. Also, the figures effected do not take push damage when given move actions. Johnny (and friends) is still taking a non-free action, he still gets a token, but he won't take push damage. If Johnny pushes to do anything else other than a move action, he will get push damage as will the others who are effected by his trait.

In the same way Avengers has free move actions, yes. And the no pushing damage clause only applies to move actions - if he does say a Running Shot (Power Action) he still takes pushing damage as normal.

Actually it's the other way around. Nbperp has ruled that since the power is worded like Warbound the same restriction applies: You need to be adjacent at the start of the action (in this case the move) in order to get the benefit (in this case no pushing damage etc).

The power is poorly worded as EE does not actually replace the damage value though - damage dealt is dependent on the number of times a figure is hit. So right now Pour It On functions like normal EE, no more, no less. It will be errata'd to deal damage equal to twice the number of times a figure is hit though.

Nope. As I said, damage value is irrelevant when it comes to EE. Only the number of times a figure is hit is relevant.

Unless you're Dr Doom:

KNEEL BEFORE DOOM!: Dr. Doom can use Energy Explosion, but deals damage equal to his damage value to the target of the attack. Characters adjacent to the target are dealt damage normally.

i worded the movement part wrong. i meant what everyone is saying. you pretty much give your fan 4 team avengers ta when it comes to movement, and they need to be next to johnny.
i really thought the pour it on would at least hit the target for base damage. if not why give it to him?? if you read the new P/A/C it says nothing about damage becoming 1 in the first place. if they make it so he does regular EE then he would be another fig in the long line of figs, that would have been awesome if they didn't mess things up.

Most likely the person who wrote Johnny's power did not look to much into how things actually worked. You know what they say about assuming...

That's because that phrase was redundant to begin with. EE has had nothing to do with damage value since Icons; ever since then it has always been about how many times you were hit.
The only difference the removal of "damage value becomes 1" phrase is that Energy Explosion and Extended Range work a little better together - oh, and the Thunderer of Qward can extend his range one more square when using his special EE.

They messed up. They will fix it. As I said, Johnny's power will be changed to be more effective than regular EE when the next Player's Guide comes out.
