I am thinking of Reed Richards Nullifier power,

Reed Richards can use Outwit. He can use it normally, or he can counter all standard and named powers of a target character and roll a d6; on a result of a 1, immediately deal Reed Richards 1 unavoidable damage.

There is another one or two powers like this my question being...or he can counter all standard and named powers

So he cant outwit someone's special abilities?

If he uses it normally, then he can counter a special power. But, if he is using it to remove a bunch of powers from a target character, then it would only work on standard/named powers.

Yea I figured as much, thanks I just think it is a cheesy wording to a power, he could outwit someones outwit and but if they take damage and get outwit via a special power, it comes back.
