I went by a new venue that was having a demo and is starting HC tournaments weekly, and the guy running it (not sanctioned as a judge yet) had a different point of view concerning pushing and WHEN to take the click of damage. He said that you take the push damage BEFORE you do the second action.
Here is how I understand it:
My Boomerang has one token on him, and Bullseye is within range.
I declare that I am pushing Boomerang to attack Bullseye. I roll the die, and the attack either hits or misses.
Now that my Boomerang has made the 2nd action in 2 turns, I take the click of push damage (plus one more, if I roll snake eyes).
I've played against many people, and this is the first time that I've ever heard someone say that you take the click BEFORE the second action.
Please let me know which is right: click after second action, or click before second action.
NOW, if my way is correct, what's the best (diplomatic) way of alerting him to the correct interpretation of this rule?
THANKS ALL!

Simply point out his error by showing him the rule book entry:
It's listed at the ver begining under Imporatnt Game Concepts (or some such title)
Pushing
If you give an action (other than pass) to the same character on two consecutive turns, that character takes 1 click of damage after he resolves his current action. This is called pushing a character. The click of damage represents the fatigue caused by taking actions back to back. You may not give any character an action (other than pass) on three consecutive turns.
Just call him some obscene names and declare yourself the most brilliant Heroclix rules lawyer ever. Or just tell him that you put the question up ona a very reputable fan website. And that your answer is correct. Or have him check it out for himself. On this website.
going a bit further on this topic...using the above example, if he still had an action left after Boomerang pushes, does he take the pushing damage before the next friendly character uses their action, or at the very end of all my actions? In other words, if I've got 3 actions this turn (300 point game) are all actions considered to take place at precisely the same time, or am I moving one, then the next, then the next?
Each action is resolved one at a time. The click of push damage would be given to Boomerang before you assigned another actiopn to another of your figures.
