I've been debating with myself to see if a player could do this. Let's say that a player has Dum Dum Dugan (Human version) on their team. His trait says that he can only use the SHIELD TA and not the Skrull TA. But he has both the SHIELD and Skrull TAs printed on his base. Could a friendly wildcard figure still mimic the Skrull TA on Dugan's base even though Dugan can't use it himself or does Dugan actually have to be able to use the TA himself in order for it to be copied by a wildcard? Thanks for help someone may provide me.
Seems like you'd have the same ability granted from two sources (like regular Outwit & SE Outwit) which then makes it seem like you couldn't.

But in Unrestricted events where Cardboard is allowed, can I use Thunderbolts to give Jarvis two Skrull TA's and two rolls?
Only if you chose Danger Girl as the one to Tbolt him too. Two Skrull abilities, as anonym0use said don't stack because they are the same ability from two sources. Teh Danger Girl TA, while doing the same as the Skrull TA, is a diffrent ability. In this case Jarvis should be able to use both.

Ha! I don't what's funnier - the thought of two rolls, or Jarvis as a Danger Girl.
the sculpt kinda fits though...

Didn't this come up with regard to figures that have a special power perplex and ICWO, and it was ruled that they would work together because of some made up stuff about two instances of perplex? Why wouldn't it work the same here?
There was a Robocop III you know (so don't be racist)

Because two Skrull TA is equivilent to the Superman Enemy TA granging outwit to someone that already has it. They don't get two uses of Outwit. Just one because they don't stack.

I wasn't really asking. You would get the two rolls.

Exactly.
The reason why SE Outwit and another OW fail to work is because of the line in SE which states that you can't use the TA to gain a second one. It is perfectly legal to have two of the same thing.
