Just a quick question, does "You are Needed" require clear line of sight?

YOU ARE NEEDED: Harbinger can use Phasing/Teleport. Give Harbinger a power action and choose a friendly character that is 6 or fewer squares from her. Put the chose character in the square occupied by Harbinger, and then put Harbinger in the square occupied by the chosen character; then deal Harbinger 1 unavoidable damage.

Well the SP doesn't say LoF is needed, so I would say as long as she is within 6 of whomever she is going to trade places with it is fine. Also as a sidenote, she can trade places with anyone, meaning double-base figures or even giants, just to open up some possibilities for you. thats my $.02

It does not require line of sight... you could actually be in the middle of a building and switch place with someone who is on the side of the building, so long as they are withing 6 squares.

The special power does not say she needs clear line of fire and it doesn't say "target". The word "target" would imply line of fire is needed. Since she has neither of those in her power's description, she doesn't seem to need clear line of fire.

However, she cannot use it on double-base characters. It's been ruled that she can only use it on characters with the same base-size as her.

"Target" does not always imply LoF.
