The flyer must put down his passenger in an adjacent square. An elevated square cannot be adjacent to a non-elevated square.

Unless the flyer is also on elevated terrain, the answer is no.

I knew they had to be on the same elevation, i just wasnt sure if i could change eleveations during the moves. Does hindering terrain affect characters being carried?

however do you mean, mr. patterson? you are just dropping them off into hindering terrain, either stealthing them or +1 to their ranged defense. they move out of it half their value if they dont have phasing/LC, otherwise, i dont see your question's point?

Nope Hinder Terrain does not affect the person being carried when he's being taxied.

qbann4, all characters block line of fire. on even ground. You can never shoot anyone with stealth. Unless they have superman team ability.

nope, neither do Leap/Climb characters...

Phasing, HSS, and Leap and Klimb do not have to roll for Break away. Even if some one has Plasticity.

Good to go. LOL wait till you get some other questions. Soaring Blocks line of fire with people on the ground. Grounded characters cant shoot elevated characters if there is a character in the way. But the elevated character can shoot at the grounded character. Elevated Character only has a 180 degree line of fire if on the corner of the roof, 90 degree if in the middle. LOL
