1)Do defensive superpowers such as Toughness, Impervious, or Invulerability affect Incapacitate or is it automatically one click of damage? I ask because I was using an Experienced White Queen and Unique Wasp to take on an Experienced Doomsday to try and get rid of his Impervious so i could hit him with the heavy hitters like my Veteran Juggernaut and Rookie Superman, but my opponent was arguing that Incapaciate doesn't work because of Impervious.
2) Say Veteran Juggernaut successfully attacks Experienced Doomsday but the attack is negated by Impervious. Now Rookie Superman is attacking Experienced Doomsday on the SAME turn but second action, does Doomsday still have Impervious or is it negated for this attack because it was already used on the previous action.

OK, 1 at a time here. Let's see. Incapacitate adds an action token to the figure successfully Incapacitated. If that figure gets their second token, they will take 1 click of damage from the 2nd token, unless they have WILLPOWER. Going against a figure with Impervious, it would go like this: You target the figure, to Inc. them, you hit: If they miss their roll, they geta token. If they make their roll(5 or 6), you missed. Even if the fig has Toughness or Invulnerability, they cannot reduce the 2nd token click from a forced push via a successful Incapacitate attack. Only Will power would get 2 tokens, but NOT take a click.

Impervious re-sets after each attack, unless is a Hypersonic multiple attack. In that case, the damage is added up, Impervious is rolled, and it is resolved then.
1) I know they the target Clix doesnt get a roll in order to try and prevent Incapacitate but the attacking Clix has to make a successful close or ranged attack in order to use Incapacitate, but thanx for clarifying that the defensive powers dont affect Incapacitate.
2) thanx for clearing up the second question.
I believe, that whatever doesn't kill you, makes you stranger.
"Impervious re-sets after each attack, unless is a Hypersonic multiple attack. In that case, the damage is added up, Impervious is rolled, and it is resolved then."
Now I'm even more confused...I've got Nightcrawler. I was under the impression that if I use hypersonic speed multiple attack, I CANNOT hurt anyone with toughness, invulnerability, or impervious. I was told that the damage modifier is used for each attach, so each time I hit them for 1 it's actually 0.
Is the hypersonic speed attack an exception to this rule? So if I hypersonic speed multiple attacked someone with toughness, I'd have to hit them at least twice to do 1 damage? Or would they take no damage at all no matter how many times I hit them? (unless I rolled a critical of course.)
HYPERSONIC SPEED. This character moves incredibly fast. (Optional) This character may move through squares adjacent to opposing characters and never needs to break away. This character may make a ranged or close combat attack at any time during their movement. He can continue to use the rest of their movement after making the attack. He is only allowed one attack per the standard rules.
If the character does not move, he may perform a close-combat Hypersonic Speed attack. Give the character a combat action, but reduce the damage to 1. If the attack is successful, do not click the target’s base. Instead, the attacker may continue to attack. Each additional attack after the first one adds 1 to the defense value showing on the target’s base; for each attack, compare the total attack value to the increased defense value. Keep track of the number of points of damage inflicted. As long as the character with Hypersonic Speed continues to make successful attacks, he can continue to attack. The attack ends when the attacking player declares an end to the attacks, an attack misses, or the defender is knocked back. When the attack ends, click the target’s base a number of clicks equal to the number of points of damage he received during the attack.
So for the stationary hypersonic attack, your damage is set to 1, you make an attack, you make a second attack (assuming the first attack was successful and didn't roll doubles, thereby creating knockback) but your opponents defence is raised by one. You keep track of the damage dealt and when the attack ends, you dish out the damage all at once, so if you hit 3 times, you would only subtract 1 for toughness in total making it 2 clicks of damage. Clear?
