Anothing thing. Did you notice the people they consulted for this movie? Garth Ennis wasn't even on the list!!! The one man who brought Punisher back to his roots didn't even get a "Hey, so what do you think?" I have a baaaaaaad feeling about this and I so want this movie to be good.
Also what's this undercover FBI ####? You don't need it. What was wrong with:
Ex-Marine and family see a mob hit.
Ex-Marine and family get gunned down.
Ex-Marine survives.
Ex-Marine becomes...DANT DANT DANT...THE PUNISHER!!!!

And I agree that Ray Liota (at least when he's got some weight on him like that recent movie he was in, you know where he's a corrupt cop) would have been perfect.

I saw this pic awhile back and it still upsets me. I love how they can get all the other super heroe's logo's right in their movies, but when it comes to my favorite, The Punisher, they have to take their retarded Hollywood creative license or whatever it is and change his. That skull looks like it's an iron on, on a Hanes t-shirt. I feel disgusted after looking at this again.

Nah that skull is the right one, when punisher is just a shell of a man with nothing to lose and little to gain.

My only problem is that the guy better buff up cuz he does NOT have the physique of a marine... and Punisher has always been portrayed as rather muscular or maybe his shirt is just too loose...

I have to agree he looks kinda cheesy. Maybe Lundgren wasn't that great of an actor but at least he was intimidating. Oh they also have John Travolta signed on to play the main villian for The Punisher.

Unless you were meaning something else, I have to disagree. That skull looks nothing like my avatar or any of the hundred or so Punisher comics I have.

So it looks a little different, I didn't complain when Wolverine wasn't wearing tights.

The hair is probably actually darker than portrayed in the picture, the light is shining almost directly on it, but i agree that dark hair is important for the Punisher.

Personaly...I don't think it is the man. He could do just fine as the punisher, but the costuming and the lighting are what really kills this picture. THe main problem is that Thomas Jane can look like a bad ###, he just dosn't in this picture...why? Well it looks like he is about to go out in the rain not kick some badguy ###. His coat and pants, makes him look more like a bag of marshmellows not like someone who can kill you. His shirt being tucked in like that gives him more of a fastudiouse student look and not a killer. Honestly who tucks a t shirt in. It makes him look rediculouse. He is only wearing one glove. That squeaky person only wore one glove too...baaaaad move on thier part. His shoulder holsters makes the collar of his coat look funny. At least i hope that is the straps on the shoulder holsters. If not then that is the most retarded looking trench coat I have ever seen.

Bleh. I had my doubts the moment that this movie was mentioned to me. People complained aobut the first punisher movie not having a skull...but I think I prefer the skulless shirt rather than that hokey looking thing. It looks like something I would see at an 80's hair concert right before I burn the place to the ground. Lastly what is this redemption they mentioned in the movie synopsis. I don't remeber no redemption for Frank Castle. He didn't need redemption because what he was doing is right.

Hopefully this picture is taken out of context. Hopefully he will be taking that silly looking coat off and go with a more traditional long sleave shirt, or at least a more sensable leather jacket. Hopefully he will find his other glove. Hopefully this movie won't suck.

I'm not talking tights and junk like that. I'm talking about the logo...the ONE thing that should never be messed up. lol

Ray Liota and John Travolta in the same movie... It would be sooo good (we should never mention it again or we'll never enjoy this Punisher Movie)... I'm going to cry... it would be one of the best movies of all time (action wise)... *bites knuckle* I've said to much.
