This may seen like a noob question, but what powers can be used with the multi-attack ability?
for instance: if the character has running shot, or hypersonic speed, can they use those as part of the multi-attack?
"Multi-Attack: Give this character a power action. It can use 2 free actions against up to 2 targets per action. These free actions can be power acions that include an attack, close combat actions or ranged combat actions, though free actions gained from this power can't be used to activate this power. Make an attack role for each attack, if any. Any damage dealt by one these attacks is reduced by 1, to a minimum of 1. This character can't use feats when using this power. This power can't be countered."

Thanks.

Basically, if the power results in an attack against an opposing figure, you are good to go. (Oh, it has to be a power, close combat, or ranged combat action. If there was an x-porter with MA, it could not use Move And Attack as that is a move action.)
Damaging an opponent is not sufficient. For example, The SCAM Guardian of Fear has Destined Destructor. This is a power which is a power action. It also damages the opponent. There is no attack involved, however, so it cannot be used with Multi-Attack.

The Guardian of Fear can use Outwit. Give the Guardian of Fear a power action and roll 2d6. Deal penetrating damage equal to the result, divided among opposing characters to which the Guardian of Fear has a clear line of fire; characters can be dealt maximum damage equal to the number of action tokens they have (characters that have no tokens can't be dealt damage). Any undealt damage is ignored.
