Another perplex question!! Okay I'm wondering what would happen if you put Brilliant Tactician on Circe:
Damage - Power Beyond Your Wildest Imaginings: Circe can use Perplex. She can use it normally, or she can target herself and a friendly character 6 or fewer squares away to which she has a clear line of fire and modify the same combat value of the character and herself by +1.
Brilliant tactician:Prerequisites: Outwit and Perplex
Choose a character.
Outwit does not need to show in the character's stat slot in order for the character to use this feat.
When the character uses Perplex, the character can affect every target friendly character that shares a team symbol or keyword with it. The character must have a clear line of fire to each target.
20 Points
Can I assume that with every character she perplexes up (using the second option 6 squares away) she gains a +1 to the same value. Meaning if I perplex 3 different Mystic characters would she have a +3 to her perplex while each of them get a +1?

I don't get that from the wording at all.
This is how I *think* it would work:
1) She perplexes up herself and a character within 6 spaces (+1), but must use it on the same combat value on both of them.
2) BT kicks in. She can now use perplex (+1) on all the clix that meet the criteria of the feat.
There is one thing I'm not sure about though: If we assume that the character she perplexed up in Part 1 shared a keyword/symbol, would she be allowed to perplex him up a second time?

No, she would not. The Player's Guide specifically reference this saying that the target of the initial perplex can not be affected again by the BT.
She could initiate the BT by perplexing herself and another character (say one that does not share keyword or TA), then BT every other friendly keyword or TA sharing fig on her team that she could draw a line of fire to.
In the wording for BT, her use of Power Beyond Your Wildest Imaginings would be the initial use of perplex.
I think that if you put BT on her you would forgo the second part of her SP. As you are choosing to use it normally, to activate BT.
BT says when you use perplex. And her power says use perplex normally or use the other version.
You won't get both effects.
That is my take.
That's how I would rule it. BT is a better version of Circe's special perplex - where when she uses Perplex she can give a +1 to all friendly figs 10 spaces away and any combat value.
Her own version is much more limited (6 range and only 1 figure, same combat value).
But its cost is already built into her price rather than an additional cost.
Visible Dials and Pushing Damage need to be optional. This is the way.
