dont know if this is the right place to put this but this is the first time i will be using a shield ta for next week...didnt want to use it because it was too confusing...my 600pt team is composed of:

i aws planning to get some shield TA abuse....please see if this will work:

brilliant tac doom and ironman damage then the rest of the gangs DV...then ironman, 2x spidey free action for shield TA to increase doom range to 13 and doom perplex AV to 12 doom hits long range not running shot...then can i use doom and 2x spidey as free action for shield to increase ironman's range to 13???and finnaly use tarantula power action shield TA to increase ironman's damage +1...

main questions
1. if you use the shield TA free action do you place a token???duh since it is a free action i think not but its still a TA so please help...
2. can you keep on using the same fig for shield TA free action as many times as possible or is it a one time deal only???
3. in using shield TA does the fig have to be adjacent after the attack has been made???cause im also thinking of using running shot...meaning leaving the nest...
4. more suggestions please cause im thinking of leaving tarantula off replace with stingray plus bystanders for dooms mastermind...

Your shorthand style makes this a bit difficult to follow, but it looks right to me.
No token needed.
Just like you can use Nanobots multiple times in one turn you can use the SHIELD TA multipe times in one turn - the general rule is that a figure can be given any number of free actions during a turn, though most powers and abilities set limits to how often and during what circumstances these free actions can be given.
The figure needs to be adjacent when the attack is made, i.e. when the dice are rolled. If you leave the nest, there goes your bonus...

Free Action = No Token
You can use it once per attack (like enhancement). So a SHIELD can't give the same attacker +3 range by using it 3 times. A SHIELD can give Doom +1 range for his attack, then give Spidey +1 range for his attack.
I'm not sure about this one. I don't think you can SHIELD Doom, then RS. However, I think Doom and RS - move, then SHIELD (if he is now adjacent to a figure), then attack.
