Do TAs count as requirements for feats? Basically, I was wondering if Batman Ally TA counts as stealth for feats that require stealth to use. I want to put infiltrate on Lamppost Batman ...

No, TAs don't fit the prerequisites unless the prerequisite is a TA. besides Batman doesn't actually give you stealth, i think

It does now, the current wording says that BAs can use Stealth. However, there is no way to turn the dial such that he has a power allowing him to use Stealth on the dial. That's why you can't use it as a pre-req.
