I'm finally about to get a Maestro figure -and- I need a question answered concerning " Gamma Saturated " .
It states that when he makes a Power action as a free action he can make a close combat attack at ( +2 ) .
Question :
Can Maestro simply walk up to a target ( Power Action ) using all of his movement allowment ( 8 spaces ) , after basing the target then make the close combat attack ? ( *Free Action* )

Your question is oddly formed. Let me try to answer it...
So, Maestro moves 8 squares, basing Spider-Man (no real reason). His turn ends, as he took a move action. Spider-Man does nothing. Now, Maestro can push to make a close combat attack with +2 AV. He cannot combine his movement and close combat attack, however. It's either one or the other.
EDIT: The power action you give him to activate Gamma-saturated does not allow him to do anything else; he can only make his close-combat attack. This means it cannot be combined with charge.

His power doesn't say 'when' it says 'give'. There would be no movement towards the opponent here under Maestro's own power (he'd need to be TK'd or the like). Basically, while basing an opposing figure Maestro can take a power action to make a close combat attack at a +2 AV.
cuz............ i shouldve looked at his dial first..............
However, another alternate Hulk who *really* improves with Lunge is Hulk 2099!
He qualifies for it for 4 clicks of his dial, and with Lunge he suddenly has an effective "Giant Reach" of 4 not to mention the horrible havoc he can cause if he manages to land on his one Flurry click where he still qualifies (thanks to CCE)!

I have evil plans with Hulk 2099, Lunge, Maneuver, and Vault.
You're so stealing my Hulk 2099 plans! Just throw some TK on there for him, and might as well include Spider Girl with those same 3 feats. It would have to be a 400 pt. team to be legal with all those feats so just fill it up with Kid Flashes and Lila Cheneys (maybe one with passenger to carry Spider-Girl). Your opponent won't remember where they left their pieces after your turn is over!
Stealing? Probably more like minds thinking alike. I regularly think up ways to make John Eisenhart more effective - I'm a huge 2099 fan (points at avatar).
