if i had e-taskmaster masterminding damage off to r-madame masque, can she then mastermind THAT masterminded damage off to someone else? it came up today and i really wanted to mastermind the damage to madame's taxi, not mine, but i remembered that you dont even roll for supersenses against mastermind, so im thinking you cant mastermind it again. correct?

Correct. In order to use Mastermind, the character with the power must be the target of an attack, either close or ranged. Mastermind is neither, so you cannot Mastermind damage that you recieved from Mastermind.

In your scenario above, Madame Masque cannot Mastermind the damage on someone else. She was not the target of the attack, and that is what's needed to Mastermind the damage away.
