Ok, I have a question. Say my Jean Grey trys to TK an opposing rook. doombot. I roll double 6's, does the doombot take a click and i move him. I know if I incapacitate someone and roll double 6's they take a click. Just a question.

Yes, it inflicts one click of damage. It's the 6th bullet under telekinesis in the Marvel FAQ.
